➭ personal injury or loss or damage to or loss of equipment resulting from the use of

these operating instructions.

➭ damage or loss arising from loss of data (SMS, email and UUS).

➭ costs incurred through the sending of text messages (SMS, UUS, email) or with the

"message waiting notification" feature.

➭ Ascom Business Systems AG accepts no guarantee for the actual transmission of SMS

messages, UUS messages or emails.
